Uses suction to pull the irrigant down the root canal, and then up and away into the high-vacuum suction unit, eliminating the need for applying positive pressure. System applies suction rather than forceful injection, circulating abundant sodium hypochlorite into a working length using true apical negative pressure. There is no risk of pushing sodium hypochlorite beyond the apical foramen because the irrigant is pulled deep into the canal, even into areas that are often untouched, and evacuates it through the suction holes.
